In #7 you mentioned that some errors will be corrected in future printings. Sorry if this duplicates someone else's post.
The attribution of the epigraph on p.225 to Queen Mary is incorrect. The speaker was Queen Elizabeth, wife/consort of George VI (the king in the quote) and mother of the princesses, Elizabeth (later Elizabeth II, the current queen) and Margaret.
